HSC Medical Foundation

HSC Medical Foundation Advisory Committee
History
The HSC Medical Foundation was formed in 2001 to help HSC Medical Center provide better and expanded healthcare for the citizens of Malvern and the surrounding areas. Memorial contributions have led to the refurbishment of many private patient rooms and over $500,000 in funds have been raised through 2009 to purchase hospital equipment.
How Can I Contribute?
There are a lot of financial challenges facing all hospitals. The cost of operating and maintaining the hospital continues to increase each year; more dollars are needed and less dollars are available. Money raised by the HSC Medical Foundation provides additional funds for projects and equipment for HSC Medical Center.
With your support, we can ensure outstanding health care for our community for many years to come. Organizations, corporations, foundations and individuals are encouraged to make donations to the hospital through the HSC Medical Foundation. Memorials and Honorariums may be made at any time. Gifts may be designated for a special project. Patient rooms may be remodeled for a minimum $5,000 cash gift and a name plaque will be placed on the door of the room.
You are encouraged to include a provision for HSC Medical Foundation in your will to perpetuate your support of our mission. Major gifts through wills, credit shelter trusts, charitable remainder trusts, and gift annuities will help sustain HSC Medical Center in continuing to provide the highest quality care to our community.
The Foundation is a 501(c)3 and anything donated to it, whether it be cash or in-kind is tax deductible.
